Welcome to Colwood Church's S.H.A.P.E. Assessment!

God created you uniquely with different gifts, abilities, personality traits, and passions, and He did it for a specific purpose. Our hope is this assessment tool will help you discover, or rediscover, how your design helps reveal a path to fulfilling the purpose for which God created you.

This assessment will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. There are 5 components to this assessment; Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experience. Please give yourself sufficient time to complete the test.
