Welcome to the 2026 Colwood Church Christmas Craft Fair!  

Register and put your crafts and art on display by reserving a table at Colwood Church's craft fair this November! Doors open at 8:30am for setup so the craft fair can start at 10:00am. Doors close to the public at 3:00pm while the crafters will have an additional hour (until 4:00pm) to pack up. There will also be soup and a bun available for purchase over lunchtime. 

This event is a fundraising event for the Colwood Church Youth Group. 100% of the proceeds from table registration fees go to the Youth Group. Fundraising events like this help to send students to attend youth conferences and church camps throughout the year. This allows the youth to grow their understanding of God and the world, and to find community with friends.

·  Table Cost: 1 Table: $50 or 2 tables: $90

·  Each vendor will be provided with a 6-foot folding table and 2 chairs.

·  Vendors are to provide their own table coverings and display equipment within a 8x4 ft space.

·  Vendors are expected to stay the entire duration of the craft fair.

·  Please leave your table and area clean and tidy at the end of the day.

·  Coffee and Tea provided to vendors free of charge.

·  Fundraiser lunch will be available for purchase of $7.
