We’re a church with a big heart for our community, and opening up our building is one of the ways we can connect with you. Whether you're planning a birthday party, a meeting, a class, or something totally unique, we’re honoured you’re considering using our space.

Events requiring a large number of tables and chairs are limited to 50 people or fewer. For special events, please contact us to discuss capacity options.
For first-time renters, payment must be paid BEFORE the date of your event.
All renters are required to provide valid proof of liability insurance to use our facilities to secure your rental.
Users may not use any equipment owned by Colwood Church unless agreed to in advance.
The contract may be terminated by either party on giving 2 business days’ notice to the other party in writing or on written mutual consent of both parties.
We have the right to cancel a rental due to a ministry event or any partnerships we hold. We will give as much notice as possible and provide a full refund if your payment has already been received.
No other religions may practice in our space.

For recurring events, we require one week's notice for cancellations. If notice is provided within this timeframe, a $25 administrative fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

All rentals, with the exception of funerals, require proof of $2 million liability insurance coverage. Colwood Pentecostal Church must be named as 'Additional Insured' in addition to the 'Named Insured' (the individual or organization renting the space).
